It is very heavy silver bullion and detailed embroidery on dense heavyweight red and yellow silk. It measures 18” x 20”, excluding the three-inch loops. It has a gold bullion fringe on the three sides opposite the loops. The fringe was very slightly trimmed to fit into a frame at one point in the past. There are a number of stains and some minor to moderate markings from long-time combat use in the field. All five suspension loops are intact and present.
